Ultrasound of hip joints
Ultrasound of the hip joints is an examination in which a specialist can determine dysplasia, subluxation or dislocation of the hip. It is very important to detect these pathologies before a year, because if this is not done in the early stages and adequate treatment is not carried out, there is a significant risk of disability. With early diagnosis of hip joint pathologies in children up to one year old, surgery can be avoided in the future.

It is also recommended that premature children, multiple pregnancies, and those with a hereditary factor undergo an examination of the hip joints in children under one year old.

Preparation for research
There is no special preparation for the procedure. The main thing is to think over the child's clothes in such a way that it is possible to quickly, without unnecessary discomfort, release the lower part of the body, and then also quickly dress the child.
