  • Contraindication

    Contraindications: hypersensitivity to any component of the vaccine, if a neurological complication was detected after previous vaccination, vaccination is not given to children who have diseases accompanied by fever, convulsions in history, as well as children who suffer from uncontrolled epilepsy, encephalopathy within 7 days after previous vaccination with a vaccine containing a pertussis component.

  • Side effects

    Side effects: after vaccination, irritability and / or drowsiness, loss of appetite, fever, redness, rash, pain and / or swelling at the injection site, diarrhea may occur. In the presence of mechanical inclusions or a strange color of the solution, the use of the vaccine is unacceptable.

Application

Application: the vaccine is administered once in a dose of 0.5 ml. The vaccine is intended for deep intramuscular injection into the front of the thigh or the deltoid region. Intravenous administration is categorically contraindicated. After vaccination, it is recommended to be calm, measure the body temperature, and observe the child's behavior. Before vaccination, an examination of the child is indicated, to exclude contact with SARS patients. Patients should be under medical supervision for 30 minutes after administration of the vaccine.

    Indications: the combined vaccine for the prevention of diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (acellular component), poliomyelitis and diseases caused by Haemophilus influenzae type b in children is used at the age of 2 months.
