- It is not recommended to eat or drink for 30 minutes after inhalation.

These include fever, acute bacterial tonsillitis (sore throat), and intolerance to inhaled medications, which can cause an allergic reaction.
In addition, the procedure is not recommended for patients with a history of nasal or pulmonary bleeding, exacerbations of chronic diseases of the cardiovascular system, in particular hypertension and heart failure.
Inhalations are also contraindicated in myocardial infarction, cerebral atherosclerosis, and recurrent pneumothorax.
