The vaccine is administered by deep intramuscular injection, preferably in the anterolateral part of the thigh in children aged 2-11 months or in the area of the deltoid muscle of the shoulder in older persons.

What are the indications for Bexero vaccine?
The BEXERO vaccine is indicated for active immunization of persons aged 2 months and older against invasive meningococcal infection caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B.

What are the contraindications to Bexero vaccine?
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any excipients.

What are the side effects of Bexero vaccine?
Among the most common:
- pain at the injection site (especially severe pain at the injection site, determined by the inability to perform normal daily activities),
- swelling at the injection site, tissue compaction at the injection site,
- erythema at the injection site, malaise.
