When to contact?
It is worth visiting an ophthalmologist if the following undesirable symptoms occur: blurry picture, blurred vision, decrease in its acuity; doubling of objects, visual distortions; the appearance of cloudiness, streaks, "flies" in front of the eyes; iridescent circles, halos when looking at a light source; pain, burning in the eyes; their redness and bleeding; dryness, feeling of a foreign body in the eye; lacrimation, various secretions; rapid eye fatigue; photophobia; ulcers on the skin of the eyelids; headaches; discomfort when wearing glasses; eye injury

Preventive consultations

Therefore, everyone who cares about their health needs to undergo preventive examinations. Adults are recommended to visit an ophthalmologist at least annually, children - depending on their age.
