The entry of foreign bodies into the ENT organs is quite a common situation in young children, and sometimes in adults. In this case, there is a very high risk of complications.     If a foreign body has entered the pharynx, a person may experience local stabbing pain, profuse salivation, shortness of breath, barking cough, and difficulty breathing may also appear. Getting objects into the throat is very dangerous, as it can cause spasms of the vocal cords and can cause asphyxiation.
