⏰ With the beginning of the school year, especially now, in turbulent times, the load on schoolchildren increases many times over — some study in two schools, some have a hard time with new teachers and classmates, and in general, after a long summer break and a calm schedule, even adults find it difficult to maintain balance and get used to the updated schedule.

⏰ Hopefully, a few tips will help you keep your balance and raise a healthy and happy baby.
💡 Carefully monitor the emotional state of your child. All people are different, and for some it is absolutely easy to study, and for sports and additional classes, and for others, they get tired only from a small load
💡 Follow the routine of the day. Put the schoolboy to bed earlier, sleep is health and recovery
💡 Balance the diet. There should be a lot of vegetables and fruits, cereals, meat and fish in the diet
💡 Control the drinking regime. We talked about the benefits of drinking water recently
💡 When choosing study or sports or a walk in the fresh air after lessons at school, choose the second. Learning can be caught up, but lost health is much more difficult to regain
💡 Do not forget about preventive examinations. Go through them not for the school or the teacher, but for yourself to understand the child's health. Vaccinate the child according to the calendar
💡 Try to find positivity in the little things, be happy yourself and make your little one happy!
