With any form of education, the first month is the most difficult for both first graders and high school students, because in the summer the workload is much less, the daily schedule is not so strict, and you don't have to study lessons
🛎 Today we want to talk about the importance of teaching a child the right eating habits and maintaining a healthy and nutritious diet, especially during periods of intensive learning.

📌 limit (but do not eliminate) the use of sweets. A piece of high-quality chocolate will give you energy, but uncontrolled consumption of various candies and sweet water can spoil your health

📌 vegetables and fruits should prevail in the lunch box, minimize sandwiches, and if it is difficult to do without them — make them from natural meat and cheeses, not from sausages
📌 Control the consumption of a sufficient amount of clean water
📌 It is not recommended to eat before going to bed
📌 Eat food without gadgets in your hands, it is better to talk about the achievements of the day and plans for tomorrow
